Thank you for checking out our church, Faith Bible Fellowship. I just wanted to take a few moments and introduce myself. I was raised in a Christian home, with parents and grandparents who loved the Lord. At a very young age, I asked Christ to be my Savior and Lord. Being raised in the church and a Christian School, I understood what it meant to give my life to Christ and willingly serve Him wherever He called me. But it was not until I became an adult, that I knew fully want it meant to go wherever God calls us.
I met and married my wife Becky in my early twenties and we began raising a family together. We have been married for 15 years and God has blessed us with 4 amazing children; Samuel, Caralyn, Katherine, and Elliana. It was during this formative period of my life, God called me off a roof to pursue His calling of Pastoral ministry. I have taken the approach at living one day at a time, so when I left the construction industry in 2008, I did not fully understand, God would lead me to serve a church. But I chose to follow Him each step of the way. Going back to school at Lancaster Bible College in the fall of 2009 was the first step.
God has seen me through many ups and downs. He formally placed me in a church as Pastor in 2014. Shortly after I finished my MDiv from Capital Seminary. He continues to lead and guide me. I believe now, God has called me to serve Him and His sheep at Faith Bible Fellowship in Spring City. I am excited about the potential to reach others for Jesus, equip God's family for ministry, and glorify my Savior through loving others. I do not know what the future holds, but I am full of hope that God will continue to glorify Himself through me here at Faith.
I enjoy reading both theology books and comic books. I like the study of Church history, especially the historical theology of it. My favorite book though, is the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I am an Pittsburgh Sports fan, enjoying the Pirates, Steelers, and Penguins. If you need me, you will find me many times playing with my children, enjoying movies with my wife, or getting out in the woods to enjoy God's creation. My favorite book of the Bible is Habakkuk. My favorite character is John. And my favorite verses are Ephesians 2:1-10.
If there is anything I can pray for you about, please let me know.
