Article 1: The Holy Scriptures They are inspired, infallible Word of God, the supreme and final authority. Inspiration was the guidance of the Holy Spirit through individual to maintain inerrancy and proper relationship.
Article 2: The Trinity Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are the same in substance, power and glory comprising the Trinity.
Article 3: God the Father One living and true God, immanent, just, holy, gracious, rewarding the who seek Him and judging the guilty.
Article 4: God the Son Jesus Christ, the Son of God, transcended then born of a virgin lived a perfect live. He was offered on a cross for our sins, satisfying the Father's justice, subsequently ascending into heaven for the intercession of the saints.
Article 5: God the Holy Spirit Agent of inspiration for the writers of Scripture, He is also the agent in the application of redemption, conviction indwelling all true believers.
Article 6: Creation The triune God created all things from nothing by His immediate action and maintains them by His might power.
Article 7: Satan He is a fallen, created, angelic being ruling this age by God's permission. He was defeated by Christ at the cross and is doomed to the lake of fire.
Article 8: Man Man was created in God's image, but through disobedience by Adam and Eve has become imperfect, needing redemption.
Article 9: Sin Sin is any lack of conformity to God's will either by omission or commission.
Article 10: Human Ability and Responsibility Man is capable of good and evil, rendering evil without the intercession of the grace of God to align himself with God's will.
Article 11: Election Election is the free act of God to choose whom He will to be saved.
Article 12: Salvation Salvation is free to all, received by grace through faith in acceptance of Christ's shed blood for the remission of sins resulting in the imputation of His righteousness, and reception of the Holy Spirit and eternal life.
Article 13: Repentance It is the voluntary act of admission of guilt and forsaking of sin by convincing of the Holy Spirit.
Article 14: Regeneration Divine life is imparted to those dead in sin, becoming members of the family of God.
Article 15: Justification This is the act of God's grace whereby righteousness is imputed, sin is pardoned, and the sinner is restored to divine favor through Christ's redemptive work. |

Article 16: Sanctification Sanctification is the progressive work of Holy Spirit purifying and conforming the believer to the image of Christ.
Article 17: Perseverance of the Saints Salvation is the work of God, preserving the believer so they shall never totally or finally fall away.
Article 18: The Church The church is composed of all believers of which Christ is the head. Its purpose is to worship God, edify the saints and evangelize the world. Christ administers the Church through overseers chosen by Him and selected by the people.
Article 19: The Evangelistic Mission of the Church The Church is commissioned by Christ to preach the gospel. God's desire is that all men be saved. The church is entreated to proclaim the gospel and invite all to accept.
Article 20: Ordinances A. Baptism: the immersion of a believer as a testimony to the work of and identification with Christ. It contains no cleansing or saving power. B. The Lord's Supper: an ordinance of the New Testament in which, through the bread and wine, the death of Christ is proclaimed.
Article 21: The Lord's Day The first day of the week has been observed since apostolic times as a continuation of the Sabbath and a remembrance of the resurrection of our Lord.
Article 22: Divine Healing Healing can be sought from God by the believer, and God will heal if it is in accordance His will.
Article 23: Civil Government Civil Government is ordained by God, and to be respected and is obeyed by believers. God is always to be obeyed above Civil Government.
Article 24: Resurrection Christ's resurrection is the basis for man's resurrection. At Christ's second coming dead believers will be resurrected. At the close of the millennium there is a universal resurrection.
Article 25: The Second Coming of Christ This is the personal visible, bodily return of Christ to this earth. This will trigger the rapture, the resurrection of the dead saints, the tribulation, the salvation of Israel, and the inauguration of the millennium. It is the hope and comfort to the believer.
Article 26: The Judgments There are several judgments, all of which are entrusted to the Son by the Father. The believer's sins have been judged through Christ's death, and he has passed from life to death. He will, however, give account for his actions on earth. The unregenerate will be judged and condemned to the lake of fire.
Article 27: The Millennium This is the time when Christ returns to earth to rule. Satan will be bound. The saints will reign with Christ and the earth filled with the knowledge and glory of the Lord.
Article 28: The Eternal State There are two destinies, heaven for the righteous, and hell for the unrighteous. |
